Tastings at the Top kicks off with a welcome toast and a chance to meet our host Peter Bourne, ‘The Wine Man’, then marvel at the sumptuous buffet presented by our Executive Chef Jee Whan Lee. Saturday is a day devoted to the very best produce that Tasmania has to offer, and in the evening you have the rare opportunity to enjoy an elegant five course degustation menu featuring local Tasmanian produce, complimented by some of the finest Tasmanian wines. This two night package is a chance to meet the makers and indulge the senses.
